Korean contemporary cuisine, AERIA, carries the meaning of “capturing the brilliant skills of the white-clad folk (referring to Koreans in the past)” and creates the beauty of Korean cuisine with precious ingredients and dedicated hands. Just like a sumukhwa (ink wash painting) that captures nature with beautiful lines and spaces, AERIA presents a Korean table that resembles Korea's beautiful landscapes with its uniqueness.
